The Site is open from the April to October and for a short period in December, including the Christmas and New year period. Camping is only allowable on our Hard standing pitches and Glamping units during the winter period.

Our campsite caters for touring holidays only, commercial use is not permitted and we do not allow large group bookings.  There are no charging facilities for electric vehicles on site. Alternative options are available in Liskeard. Customers must not charge or attempt to charge their vehicle from their electrical hook up point.

2025 SEASON NOW LIVE!

We now have Fully Serviced pitches with water, waste and WIFI included!

This year we have decided to scrap the high and low season, thius enables us to offer a fair and consistant price for all guests.

Prices are per unit, per night.
Each pitch includes up to 2 adults per booking. For tent bookings, only 1 tent allowed per pitch (1 small pup tent can be added as an extra)

*£4 per night if electrical equipment other than the unit awning light is used and/or the awning is used for sleeping purposes. This charge will be increased outside of summer months and heaters in awnings are not allowed. Otherwise no additional charge.


Additional Vehicles
A charge of £4 per day for 1 additional vehicle per pitch. The additional vehicle will only be allowed on the site following prior agreement with the owner and stored as directed.

Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival between 2pm & 6pm for camping with departure by 11am. Glamping arrivals between 3pm and 7pm  and departure is by 10:30am. Any changes to these times must be agreed with us at the time of booking and may incur an additional charge. Fursdon Farm is a quiet site and to ensure that customers are not disturbed we do not accept overnight arrivals or departures.

Visitors
Visitors must be pre arranged with us on site prior to their arrival. Visitors hours are between 11am and 4pm.

Deposits
A £50 deposit for glamping and 25% of booking total (or full payment if only staying for 1 night) for camping is required to secure your booking. Full payment to be made 28 days prior to arrival or immediately, if booked within 28 days of arrival.

Frequently asked questions

CAMPING AND TOURING: Arrival time is between 2pm and 6pm on your day of arrival. Departure is by 11am.

GLAMPING: Arrival time is between 3pm and 7pm on your day of arrival. Departure is by 10:30am.

Late departures can be arranged via the "extras" section when booking or when you are on site, subject to availability and a fee.

Yes, we are very strict with our quiet hours due to the nature of the atmosphere on site. The quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am with all music (music must not be audbible by your neighbouring pitch) off by 10pm and Firepits extinguished by 10:30pm.  We ask for your support to ensure your neighbours are not disturbed. We do not allow overnight arrivals or departures during these hours.

Yes, this can be arranged, but you must speak to a member of staff before they come on to site. Visitors must park in the visitor parking bays and not on your pitch. Visitors are allowes between the hours of 11am-4pm

Yes we welcome dogs that have been socialised, get on with other dogs and are not on the banned dog list. Please ensure they remain on a lead at all times on the campsite. There is a separate dog walk area where they can run off their leads. There is also a doggy shower facility to clean muddy paws off! We limit each pitch to 3 dogs maximum.

Yes we allow barbecues. Please use the designated concrete areas provided to protect the grass. Due to our rural location we do not allow open fires apart from the use of firepits, wood must be purchased from us on site, no other materials are to be used as fuel in the firepits. We offer firepit hire and wood for sale on site.

We now offer WiFi on site at a cost of £1 per day. It is available all over the site put please be aware the cladding of your caravan will effect the strength! Please speak to a member of staff for more information

Our nearest pub is the Crows nest or Wheel Tor, both 5 minutes by car. The amazing Trevallicks farm shop and cafe is a similar distance. Please check their websites for opening hours. There are a number of local taxi services who provide a service for the site.

Yes, we have some of the best walking routes in the county...in our opinion! The views from atop Caradon Hill are stunning and it is steeped in history and adventure. Please ask us in person for all the best local routes.

We have a new booking system for payments which utilise the stripe payment gateway. We can also accept cash, BACs or card payments on site.
