Fursdon Farm gift voucher terms and conditions

1) Validity / Expiry

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended after expiry.

2) Delivery

Gift vouchers are delivered digitally by email and include a unique voucher code that must be kept safe as it is completely individual to each voucher and cannot be recovered if lost.

3) How to redeem

Vouchers must be redeemed by contacting us directly (phone/email) and quoting the voucher code at the time of booking. Bookings are subject to availability. 

4) What they can be used for

Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards eligible bookings/services with us. If the booking total exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by another method. 

5) Balance / change

Vouchers must be used in one booking only. No change is given for any unused value. 

6) Non-refundable / no cash value

Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash (in whole or in part). 

7) Restrictions / offers

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers/discounts unless we agree otherwise in writing. 

8) Direct bookings only

Vouchers can only be redeemed against bookings made directly with us, not through third-party agents or booking platforms. 

9) Lost vouchers

If you have lost the voucher email, contact us. We may be able to reissue it to the original purchaser/recipient, subject to verification. Vouchers will not be replaced where we reasonably suspect fraud.

10) Your booking is still subject to our normal booking terms

All bookings made using a voucher remain subject to our standard booking/cancellation terms and any minimum stay/seasonal rules that apply at the time of booking. 

11) Physical vouchers

If you would like a physical gift voucher, purchase the voucher on the website, ensure you use your email for the recipient address and then get in touch with us directly with the voucher code and we can arrange a physical voucher to be sent to you. Please be aware, this will add additional time to the voucher being sent out, so please plan in advance! Alternatively, get in touch with us directly and we can arrange both the purchase and postage of the voucher over the phone.
