Where is Fursdon Farm located?
Fursdon Farm is located just north of Liskeard, in Central East Cornwall. It is 10 minutes from the A38 and 30 minutes from the A30, allowing good access to all of Cornwall and a lot of South and West Devon. Click here to go to our location page.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in for camping is from 2 pm-6pm and checkout is 11 am with an option for late check at 1 pm (additional charge and subject to availability).
Clamping check-in is from 3 pm to 7 pm and checkout is 11 am.

Do you allow campfires or fire pits?
We do not allow campfires, but you can bring a fire pit as long as it is fully sealed on the bottom and will not drop embers. Wood must be purchased here on site and is £10 a tub. We do have to stop fires if we get extreme dry weather.

Is Wi-Fi available?
We have whole site Wi-Fi, with good speeds and it is £1 per night, per pitch. This can be booked in advance or when you arrive.

Do you allow group bookings?
No, we do not allow group bookings in our Glamping or Camping areas, to try and maintain the peaceful atmosphere on site.

Is the site suitable for children?
We welcome families and although we do not have any specific children's play equipment. We have a small field down the bottom of the site for ball games. We just ask that games are not played in the main camping field and near other guests and the quiet hours are adhered to.

What is included with my camping pitch?
All camping pitches come inclusive of two people. Only one tent, caravan or motorhome is allowed per pitch. A small one person pup tent can be added as an extra and Wi-Fi can also be added to the booking. For information on pricing click here to go to our Camping page

How far is the nearest pub/shop/supermarket?
We have two pubs within 10 minutes drive of us and both are walkable within 30 to 40 minutes. We have a fantastic local farm shop 1.5 miles away and all of the usual supermarkets located in Liskeard 10 minutes drive away.

Do you also music and do you have quiet hours?
We allow music to be played in the daytime, but it must be kept at a low volume that is only loud enough for your selves to hear and should not affect neighbouring pitches. Music must be turned off from 9 pm and we enforce strict quiet hours between 11 pm and 8 am where there is to be no noise on site. This again is to protect our peaceful atmosphere on site.

Do you allow visitors?
We allow visitors between 11 am and 6pm, but a member of staff must be informed prior to their arrival and they must park in the visitor allocated bays.

Can I charge my electric car?
Yes, you can, but we only have one slow charge unit and you will need to bring the relevant adapter for your car to plug into the three pin point. There are fast charges located in the local area.

Do you have showers and toilets on site?
Yes, we have two toilet/shower blocks that both have individual cubicles and hot water, as well as washing up areas.
The Merrymeet field block also has a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a freezer for ice blocks.
